Our next destination was the King and Queen Chedi which was on the peak of Don Inthanon. The two chedis (monument) were dedicated to Their Royal Majesties, The King and Queen of Thailand. It was built by the Thai Air Force to commemorate the King and Queen's 60th birthdays. The Chedis are located on facing hills, about 100 meters (330 feet) from one another.
The park is beautifully landscaped with colourful flowers. We all took pictures at all the corners where there were flowers.

It was a long way up..but definately worth it. The view was simply spectacular!!
