Thank you Allah for another beautiful day. Thank you for giving us good health, for blessing us with much happiness, love and goodness.
It's Friday again; a day among the seven days of the week when Allah's Special mercies are granted. Also a day of gathering for all Muslims and rewards are increased.
Still embracing the topic of "fernweh". The feeling comes and it subsides after a while. Sometimes we are able fulfill that internal desire to just drop everything and be free. But many atimes it's not. Contraints there are many; money, time, commitments, health to name a few.

But the feeling of "fernweh" is not a bad feeling. Reminisce, looking back to the time spent traveling be it with our loved ones, family, friends or even complete strangers have significant impacts on our present daily on goings. Happy thoughts provide us ideas to strive better and motivated to accept the challenge and make significant improvements.

And "fernweh" too will allow us to relate and share our stories with others. Be led in a journey seen through the eyes of the traveler, as if we are there with them though descriptive and pictorial displays. Learn from their miss calculations and wrong turns as well as celebrate their jubilation.
Alhamdulillah, in the last few years we have done a significant bit of traveling; witnessing the greatness of the Creator and the greatness of Islam our religion. I have promised many that I will share my "fernweh" experiences. Don't quite know where to start actually; each place we saw has its own history, beauty and personal impressions to share. And it may take a while for me to compile these stories as well, but I promise I will.
So...just a bit of a wait there, InshaAllah this sharing and chronicling of the trips will be out soon.

السَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكُمْ وَرَحْمَةُ اللهِ وَبَرَكَاتُهُ
بِسۡـــــــــمِ ٱللهِ ٱلرَّحۡـمَـٰنِ
ٱلرَّحِـــــــيمِ
اَلْحَمْدُ ِللهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِيْنَ وَالْعَاقِبَةُ لِلْمُتَّقِيْنَ وَلاَ عُدْوَانَ إِلاَّ عَلَى الظَّالِمِيْنَ وَالصَّلاَةُ وَالسَّلاَمُ عَلَى أَشْرَفِ اْلأَنْبِيَاءِ وَالْمُرْسَلِيْنَ وَعَلَى ءَالِهِ وَصَحْبِهِ أَجْمَعِيْنَ.
اَللَّهُمَّ إِنَّكَ عَفُوٌّ تُحِبُّ الْعَفْوَ فَاعْفُ عَنَّا.
Ya Allah, sesungguhnya Engkau Maha Pemaaf dan suka memberi maaf, maka Maafkanlah ( Kesalahan-kesalahan ) kami.
اَللَّهُمَّ طَهِّرْ قُلُوْبَنَا بِالْقُرْآنِ الْكَرِيْمِ اَللَّهُمَّ زَكِّ نُفُوْسَنَا بِالْقُرْآنِ الْكَرِيْمِ.
Ya Allah, Bersihkan dan Sucikan Hati dan Jiwa kami dengan Al-Quran yang mulia.
اَللَّهُمَّ إِنَّا نَسْأَلُكَ مِنَ الْخَيْرِ كُلِّهِ عَاجِلِهِ وَآجِلِهِ مَا عَلِمْنَا مِنْهُ وَمَا لَمْ نَعْلَمْ وَنَعُوْذُ بِكَ مِنَ الشَّرِّ كُلِّهِ عَاجِلِهِ وَآجِلِهِ مَا عَلِمْنَا مِنْهُ وَمَا لَمْ نَعْلَمْ.
Ya Allah, kami memohon KepadaMu segala Kebaikan di Dunia dan Akhirat yang kami ketahui mahupun yang tidak kami ketahui, dan kami Berlindung KepadaMu dari semua Keburukan di Dunia dan Akhirat yang kami ketahui mahupun yang tidak kami ketahui.
اَللَّهُمَّ إِنَّا نَعُوْذُ بِكَ مِنْ عَذَابِ جَهَنَّمَ وَمِنْ عَذَابِ الْقَبْرِ وَمِنْ فِتْنَةِ الْمَحْيَا وَالْمَمَاتِ وَمِنْ فِتْنَةِ الْمَسِيْحِ الدَّجَّالِ.
Ya Allah, kami berlindung kepada-Mu dari siksa Jahanam, dari siksa kubur, dari fitnah kehidupan dan kematian, serta dari fitnah Dajjal.
اَللَّهُمَّ رَحْمَتَكَ نَرْجُوْ فَلاَ تَكِلْنَا إِلَى أَنْفُسِنَا طَرْفَةَ عَيْنٍ وَأَصْلِحْ لَنَا شَأْنَنَا كُلَّهُ لاَ إِلهَ إِلاَّ أَنْتَ.
Ya Allah, hanya RahmatMu yang kami harapkan, maka janganlah Engkau sandarkan kami kepada diri kami sendiri walau sekejap, dan perbaikilah seluruh urusan kami, tiada Tuhan yang benar selain Engkau.
اَللَّهُمَّ أَحْسِنْ عَاقِبَتَنَا فِي الأُمُوْرِ كُلِّهَا وَأَجِرْنَا مِنْ خِزْيِ الدُّنْيَا وَعَذَابِ الآخِرَةِ.
Ya Allah, jadikanlah Baik akibat semua Urusan kami, dan Lindungilah kami dari Kehinaan Dunia dan Siksa Akhirat.
اَللَّهُمَّ طَهِّرْ قُلُوْبَنَا مِنَ النِّفَاقِ وَأَعْمَالَنَا مِنَ الرِّيَاءِ وَأَلْسِنَتَنَا مِنَ الْكَذِبِ وَأَعْيُنَنَا مِنَ الْخِيَانَةِ إِنَّكَ تَعْلَمُ خَائِنَةَ الأَعْيُنِ وَمَا تُخْفِي الصُّدُوْرُ.
Ya Allah, bersihkanlah hati kami dari Kemunafikan, Amal kami dari Riya, Lisan kami dari Dusta, dan Bersihkan mata kami dari Khianat, sesungguhnya Engkau mengetahui pengkhianatan mata dan apa yang disembunyikan dalam dada.
اَللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ َعلى سيدنا مُحَمَّدٍ
وَ عَلَى آِل سيدنا مُحَمَّد
آمِيّنْ آمِيّنْ آمِيّنْ يَا رَبَّ العَـــالَمِيْن
استجب دعاءنا يا ارحم الراحمين..
جَزَاكُمُ اللهُ خَيْرًا كَثِيْرًا .
