Let's Walk

One needs to have really strong legs here. Walk...and that's what we've been doing these past three days. We walk to the subway station, walk to our transfer platforms (which can be quite a distance) and yesterday we walked to go see Himeji Castle in Himeji.

We took the JR train from osaka and headed to Himeji. It was about an hour train ride. Unfortunately, we didn't get to view the castle at close range as it was under renovation. It was a bit of a disappointment though. But visits to the other areas in Himeji made up for it.
